George Fine has been traveling to the Middle East for over 25 years, personally selecting and importing Oriental Flat-woven rugs (Kilims) and textiles. He has successfully established and run galleries to feature his collection in Amherst and Northampton, Massachusetts and in Tucson, Arizona, prior to moving to Santa Fe, NM. George has also been a supplier of Kilims to exclusive shops in Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Key West, Denver, Jackson Hole, and Seattle. His antique Kilims have places of honor in well-regarded European and American Oriental rug collections. Specializing in Kilims exclusively has enabled George to put together an extraordinary selection of village and tribal rugs, wall hangings, pillows and cushions. He deals only in the very best quality of new, vegetal-dyed reproductions; provocative semi-antiques; and rare, collectible antique Kilims.
